We specialize in deck/fence restoration. Exterior wood really takes a beating in our hot and cold North Carolina weather. All exterior wood (even pressure treated wood) needs to be protected from the sun's UV rays and from water absorption. Here are some warning signs that your investment needs attention:
Water on the surface soaks in rapidly or darkens the wood
Gray color (UV damage), green or black color (mildew, fungus)
Warped or split boards
Nails popping up
